look out, here he comes! Jared hasn't figured out how to take the tray off, but he's a master at slipping his arms out from underneath the straps - no matter how tight! He was in the doorway as I watched the video and could hear Alex laughing. Jared kept saying "baby"... too cute. :)

What a great laugh!! I know adults who can't get those trays off...
